I haven't found a good Chinese diner since Nulite Kitchen in San Francisco (www.nulitekitchen.com/), but now I have Gen Lai Sen in San Diego. Not for the faint of MSG, otherwise pretty awesome. Below is Crispy Chicken, which is a half chicken done traditional chinese style. But the rad thing is that it was garnished w/ chicken rinds. Much better than pork rinds. Yum!

(vomits) looks good!
Those aren't chicken rinds. They are shrimp chips.
Okay, how I know they're chicken rinds is because the menu actually said "topped w/ fried chicken skin." And I know what shrimp chips taste like (love 'em!) and they definitely do not taste like this.
